We are Bryan and Emma, the b and e in b+e saxon.

We moved to New York four years ago from Atlanta, GA when Emma was asked to work on the Broadway production of Tuck Everlasting The Musical after its out-of-town at the Alliance Theatre where we both worked. Bryan worked in the administrative offices and Emma worked on the stage management team.

While in Atlanta, Bryan also sang in the Atlanta Opera Chorus. It was actually Opera that brought us together.  We first met at a summer opera program in Novafeltria, Italy where Bryan was singing the roles of Schaunard in La Bohème and Fiorello in Il Barbiere di Siviglia (The Barber of Seville) and Emma was the Stage Manager for Barber. We spent those six weeks talking, traveling, and dancing together and haven’t stopped!

Since moving to New York, Bryan worked for a few non-profits including, most recently, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, while Emma production and stage managed many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows including Cats and The Prom. She has also worked on a few iterations of Mean Girls: from the lab, to the D.C. out-of-town, to the Broadway production, and now the tour.

We look forward to all the adventures this tour holds and are happy to have you follow along with us!
